How to buy Hotel Lock?

Process of hotel lock being used:

1. Install the software and connect with card encoder
2. Issue RFID cards for locks
3. Open the locks
4. Return the cards
5. Reissue the RFID cards
6. Data returns to software

Hotel locks include 3 access types: Mifare card, TEMIC5557 card, SLE4442 card, the first 2 types are contactless card, the 3rd type is contact card(need to insert the card into the slot on lock body).

The hotel lock system include: management software, hotel lock(battery driving, 6 piece alkaline batteries, AAA 1.5V), RFID card, card encoder, data collector(collect data of door opening, no any record of people’s name, so not necessary in most of cases, customers could ignore this data collector).

The hotel lock is wireless lock, no cable needed for wiring to desktop server PC, so the customers just need to install the lock on door without worrying about how wiring network cross through the whole hotel building.

The built-in chip of lock can record its building No, floor No, room No, time & clock, password for open(written inside the RFID card), if the RFID card is authorized, it can open the particular door in legal period, such as guest card or cleaner card.

The software is for hotel’s room management only, doesn’t provide other functions such as living charge calculation etc.

The maximum room capacity for software is 9 buildings×99 floors×99 rooms, total 88209 rooms.

The hotel lock has override mechanical key, which could open the lock when lock is defect or in emergency case.

The software can replace a new RFID card if the guest lost the card(lost card is automatically stopped when new RFID card is re-setup in software).

Our system’s card types include:

System setup card(to initialize the hotel lock system)

1. Authorization card(to encrypt the hotel lock system and synchronize all the hotel locks when first time installation and initialization)

2. Clock card(to set up the clock of each hotel lock)

3. Building card(to set up the Building No. of each hotel lock)

4. Floor card(to set up the floor No. of each hotel lock)

5. Room card(to set up the room No. of each hotel lock)

6. Clean area card(to set up areas for different cleaner)

Guest room card

1. Guest room card(for guest check-in & check-out)

Daily management card

1. Master card(could open the hotel locks all the time, even it is reverse locked)

2. Cleaner card(for cleaner to clean the room in certain period, could open the hotel locks, but not available for reverse locked situation)

3. Emergency card(could open the hotel locks all the time, even it is reverse locked, the lock will alarm during being opened, read the card to open the door( alarm will on), read the 2nd time to stop the alarm when close the door)

Control card

1. Always-open card(to set up the hotel lock to be unlocked always, read the card to activate the function, read the 2nd time to stop the function)

Note: Always-open card can not open the lock, to open the lock, the guest room card is needed.

2. Stop card(to stop the guest card being used on a certain hotel lock, read the card to activate the function, read the 2nd time to deactivate the function)
Note: In this case other cards can still open the locks

3. Seal card(to stop all the cards being used on a certain hotel lock except emergency card, read the card to activate the function, read the 2nd time to deactivate the function)

4. Alarm card(to set up alarm function when door is not properly closed, read the card to activate the function, read the 2nd time to deactivate the function)
