1. Your prices are very competitive, but how could you convince us your products are reliable and safety?
Those famous big companies who have good reputation have developed themselves for at least more than 10 years, they made themselves convincible because their products have been understood in a long term, but Global Keyaccess only begin to develop international business for one year and need time to be understood and accepted.
Of course you will not use our products in a large range prior to test of our system, so why not try a few samples to see the effect, if ours can fit your need and work properly, then you will have one more solution to your projects and a new way to increase your profit dramatically.
2. How can I become your qualified distributor? Do I need to buy with minimum quantity?
You won't have any minimum quantity requirement to buy from Global Keyaccess.
It's very easy to begin our cooperation, we believe you will buy more from us if ours can sell well and be accepted by more and more customers, this is a natural business rule.
However, we will provide you very attractive prices even you buy with a very small amount. In some cases, we will further offer better prices to support your special project such as a tender. We believe you win means we win.
3. Can you provide your products with our company brand? Do I need to pay more for branded order?
Yes, Global Keyaccess can provide your branded products including access control, proximity reader, electric lock, all types of barrier gates, proximity cards.
Normally, we will have silk-print, label, steel seal logo printing technologies, for these cost, normally they will be very cheap and could be ignored in most cases.
The quantity of branded product is negotiable subject to market change at the moment when you order.
4. How is your technical support?
Global Keyaccess have an experienced technical support team to provide 24 hours/7 days service. No matter telephone or email enquiry, we are confident to help you to handle the technical problems during the installation or operation. Our technical managers have developed themselves for more than 10 years in security industry and have solved hundreds of difficulties in different previous projects. Normally the problems you will meet have already been solved by our technical staff before and we will immediately point out where is the key problem and give you accurate advice to solve it.
5. How is your payment term? Could we pay after delivery or pay a certain percentage of deposit and balance after/before delivery?
We thank you for your trust and support, but we do not accept payment after delivery or LC payment because we will take heavy burden when we are manufacturing and we don't earn very much profit.
Currently, we only accept full TT payment, credit card payment, Paypal payment(also full amount). Deposit payment is not negotiable.
